How it all started

Yamlu's journey began one day in my kitchen, alongside my one-year-old daughter. I was contemplating spreads and condiments that would be perfect for her breakfasts and snacks – something natural, healthy, and, of course, delicious. My mind drifted to my favorite spread: Moroccan Amlou, the only one that perfectly blended all these qualities.

Fate (or perhaps luck) had it that I didn't have any on hand that day. Instead, a generous amount of Moroccan almonds, a gift from family, was waiting for me. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and craft a homemade version for my daughter. After a series of experiments, I arrived at something quite promising, which received the seal of approval from my nearest and dearest.

I found great joy in the process, and providing my loved ones with something delicious and nutritious gave me the utmost satisfaction. In that moment, I knew that this is the type of business I am meant for. From that point on, I dedicated myself to refining the recipe. After six months of trials and tribulations, i realized the Amlou spread I had envisioned: a creamy texture and perfectly balanced taste. It was a moment of sheer delight and marked the birth of YAMLU.
Today, I take great pride in crafting a delectable spread that's not only indulgent but also wholesome and nourishing for both adults and children.
